MyTeamPulse Accreditation
MyTeamPulse Accreditation provides the necessary knowledge and know-how to confidently deploy our team diagnostics pulse survey tool – MyTeamPulse to build engaged and high performing teams.
20 hours of online self paced-learning.
Interactive exercises along with live access to dashboards.
4 hours of live webinars to solidify learnings, and connect with others in the cohorts.
Dedicated coach to train and support you when you deploy tools with your own teams.
Comes with a digital credential that can be shared and verified online and social media.

Psychometrics Accreditation
Psychometrics Accreditation trains HR practitioners to effectively use SmartLeader Psychometric tools, including 4 Characters personality profilers and Work-With Team compatibility profilers, in team and leader development initiatives.
20 hours of online self paced-learning.
2 X 2-hour live webinars to solidify learnings and connect with other practitioners in the cohort.
Dedicated coach to train and support you when you deploy tools with your own teams.
Comes with a digital credential that can be shared and verified online and social media.
